Friday, June 6th

	6:00 pm - 9:00 pm: Wedding Rehearsal and Dinner (BBQ!) for the bridal party.
	6:00 pm - 9:00 pm: Are you from out-of-town and not involved in the rehearsal? Live it up!  In addition to our Kansas City page and suggestions/brochures from the hotel, we will also have some additional recommendations. Feel free to use our hospitality suites to gather!  Please plan to enjoy the city!
	9:00 pm - witching hour: After the rehearsal, there may be a few people who plan to catch some of the nightlife (casinos, jazz, Plaza, etc).

Saturday, June 7th

	10:00 am - 5:00 pm: Some of our family & friends will be setting up in the reception hall on Saturday morning/early afternoon.
	10:30 am - 2:30 pm: The girls in the bridal party begin their work at Amy & Kevin's.
	2:30 pm: Bridal party photos at Amy & Kevin's.
	3:00 pm: A trolley will pick up the bridal party at Amy & Kevin's.
	3:30 pm - 5:00 pm: Bridal party photos at the Nelson-Atkins Museum.
	5:00 pm - 5:30 pm: Bridal party photos at the church (we're photographers, we like photos...).
	6:00 pm: Guests arrive at the church. Click The Wedding button (on the left) for a map and directions.
	6:15 pm - 7:15 pm: Wedding mass.
	7:30 pm - 8:30 pm: A jazz pianist will be playing at the reception and cocktails and cold hors d’oveures will be available. When the bridal party arrives and is announced, the hot hors d’oveures will be served. The wine at each table was chosen by Jessy's parents because of a special meaning (For instance, African wine because of Jessy's safari, etc.).
	8:30 pm: Cake cutting!
	8:30 pm - 12:30 am: Formal dances and a special tribute from Jessy & Bobby to the friends & good times that have been part of bringing them to this day. After that, it's the DJ and an open dance floor until 12:45!
	9:30 pm - 1:00 am: Throughout the evening, there will be transportation from the reception to the Adam's Mark hotel, so the optimal situation would be for people to carpool from the hotel as much as possible.  This way if someone wants/needs to leave, they can take advantage of the transportation & not wait on someone else to leave.  The hotel will be providing shuttles at 9:30, 10:00 & 10:30.  After that a limo will be arriving at 11:00 and will shuttle people back & forth as often as is requested until 1:00 am.
	1:00 am: We don't have to go home, but we can't stay here! :)  Well, not exactly. We can't stay at the reception hall, but...If there is sufficient business, the bar at the Adam's Mark hotel will stay open later!
	3:00 am: No more liquor sales in Kansas City for the night!
